Established in 1985

Old Fort Golf Club is an 18 hole public golf facility owned and operated by the City of Murfreesboro. The par 72 layout is located along the banks of the Stones River and adjacent to Fortress Rosecrans, an historic earthen Fort from the Civil War.  Old Fort plays a challenging 7,086 yards from the back tees, but with 6 sets of tees the golf course is fun and enjoyable for all. Regarded as one of the top public golf courses in the state, Old Fort has the privilege of hosting a number of championship events recently serving as a Qualifying site for the Korn Ferry Tour's Simmons Bank Open.
