Starting Times & Booking Policies
Old Fort Golf Club is a high-volume public facility. Tee times are strongly recommended.

Arrival & Check-In

Players must check in at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time.

Late arrivals may forfeit their starting position.

Tee times may be delayed due to frost or inclement weather.
​
Pairings
-
All players and walk-ups will be paired to create foursomes when necessary.

Single players may only reserve into existing twosomes or threesomes.
​
Standard Tee Time Reservations (1–16 Players)

Tee times may be booked up to 7 days in advance.

Reservations open daily at 7:00 AM (online and by phone).

Tee times may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
-
Groups of up to 16 players may reserve within this 7-day window.

Credit card information may be required to hold multiple tee times.
-
No-shows or unused tee times (full foursomes) will result in cancellation fees and/or suspension of booking privileges.

Group Bookings (17 -40 Players)
A Group Booking is defined as 5 or more tee times reserved together for regular public play, without organized event structure or course setup.

May be booked up to 10 days in advance.

Credit card required to hold reservation.

Not permitted during the first two hours of weekend or holiday tee times.

24-hour cancellation notice required.
-
No-shows or unused tee times (full foursomes) will result in cancellation fees and/or suspension of booking privileges.

Group Outings (40+ Players
A Group Outing is defined as organized play that includes formats such as scrambles or team events, scoring, prize distribution, check-in tables, special pairings, announcements, or other coordinated event elements.

May be scheduled more than 10 days in advance with Director of Golf/Head Professional approval.

Must utilize a tee time start (shotgun starts not permitted).

Not eligible for discounted rates (including senior or promotional rates).

Standard weekday/weekend public rates apply.

Subject to availability and operational review.

Must be coordinated directly through the Director of Golf or Head Golf Professional.

Golf Tournaments/Outings (100+ Players)
A Golf Tournament or Outing is defined as a large-scale organized event requiring staff coordination and course operations support.

Shotgun starts may be permitted based on availability.
-
Subject to flat-rate tournament pricing.
-
Must be coordinated directly through the Director of Golf.

Out-of-State Reservations
To protect access for local daily-fee play, advance reservations for players residing outside the State of Tennessee are limited.

Up to 12 players.

Must request by email to the Director of Golf or Head Golf Professional

Proof of residency required.

Credit Card Required to Hold Reservation.

24-hour cancellation required.
-
No-shows subject to cancellation fees and revoked booking privileges.

No-Show & Cancellation Fees
Failure to cancel unused tee times at least 24 hours in advance may result in a charge of:

$62 per player – Weekdays

$72 per player – Weekends & Holidays
(Standard 18-hole rate with cart)

Old Fort Golf Club reserves the right to classify reservations based on operational impact and adjust policies accordingly.
